
Legendary Nigerian rapper, songwriter, and YBNL boss, Olamide has brought back forgotten memory as he pays tribute to the late Habeeb Uthman popularly known as Obama DMW who happens to be a close aide to Nigerian Afrobeats star, Davido.
In a newly released song titled ‘Amapiano’ by his signee, Asake, the rapper could be heard rapping in the Yoruba language and switched to the English language the moment he was about to pay tribute to Obama.
The said lyric reads;
”What the fuck, get down on the floor”
“I can never fall, RIP to 44”
The act displayed by Olamide has got netizens talking as they showered praises on him for bringing back old memories of the late entertainer.
Recall that Obama DMW, a close friend and road manager of singer Davido, died on the 9th of June after complaining of difficulties in breathing.
