Popular Nigerian Nollywood actress, Sonia Ogiri has prompted quite a discussion on social media after confessing that she has managed to maintain her virginity despite giving birth to a child.
The mother of one lately disclosed that she is still a virgin and deciphered how this is possible in a post on her Instagram story.
Despite getting pregnant and giving birth, Sonia alleges that she has not yet engaged in any sexual activity.
She explained that she has no idea how she got pregnant and that “cortisol and adrenaline” are to thank for her virginity still being fully intact.
“I still don’t know how it feels to be with a man sexually. I got pregnant because ‘I don’t know how it happened,’ and my virginity is still intact 100%. Cortisol and adrenaline have made me remain a virgin,” she wrote.
This is coming a week after her female colleague in the movie industry, Destiny Etiko made a similar revelation during an interview saying she is still a virgin at 33 and has never been intimate with the opposite sex.
She said;
“I am still a virgin because of my crippling social anxiety. I still have not been in a relationship that has gone to ‘that level,’”
