Heavyweight Nigerian musician, David Adeleke widely known as Davido has once again won the hearts of many over his recent accomplishment as an Afrobeats artiste.

Lately, the Mayor of Houston, Texas in an official statement, declared that July 7th of every year would be World Davido Day in the City.

Yesterday, June 7th, 2023, Davido who is currently on his Timeless tour in the US delivered an amazing performance at the Toyota Cente in Houston.

This is coming after the Governor of Minnesota, Mark Dayton United States Of America declares every October 6th, 2023 as World Wizkid Day in the city in 2018.

Sylvester Turner, who is serving as the 62nd mayor of Houston, Texas honor Davido with this latest for his contribution to the music industry over the years.
