A moment of unexpected calamity happened on the set of the popular Nigerian television program, NTA Iroyin, when an on-air broadcaster was hit by a falling banner pole.
The unexpected incident, which was captured live on camera, quickly turned into a viral sensation.
The young lady quickly screamed ‘Jesus Christ’ and left the scene fast.
The reporter, whose name is not known was dishing out the day’s news in Yoruba language from a report book.
As she began to share the updates with her listeners, the wooden pole part of the set’s banner dislodged and fell, hitting her hard on the head.
In the footage, which has since gone viral on the internet, you can hear a voice in the background saying, “Sorry”, probably the program’s producer.
