Stefflon Don, a prominent British Hip Hop artiste whose real name is Stephanie Victoria Allen, lately shared an interesting fact about her dietary habits.
During a red carpet interview at a recent event, she revealed that she chooses not to eat breakfast.
When asked about her toothbrushing routine in relation to breakfast, the former girlfriend of Nigerian singer Burna Boy dismissed the notion that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, stating that she doesn’t personally believe in it.
Stefflon Don went on to offer advice to girls who share her body size, suggesting that they should consider eating later in the day as it can aid in weight loss.
When questioned about the health implications of her approach, the rapper simply pointed out that she is alive and well, implying that she hasn’t experienced any adverse effects.
Stefflon Don said: “I don’t even have breakfast. I’m gonna let you in on a trick, I mean you don’t need it because you are slim. But for the girls that are thick out there and wanna lose a little bit of weight, don’t eat breakfast, eat later, eat about one O’clock. It helps to keep the weight off.”
