Popular Yoruba Nollywood actress, Mide Martins, on Friday, posted a clip of her showing respect to veteran Fuji singer, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall popularly known as K1 De Ultimate at a public event.
In a video that was shared on her Instagram page, the wife of actor Afeez Owo, had attended the same event as the legendary singer.
The video captured the moment Mide Martins approached Wasiu Ayinde, who was sitting with his friends to pay respect to him. The movie star knelt before him as they exchanged pleasantries.
Captioning the post, she wrote, “Fun!!! Fun!!! Fun!!! Night. Nice evening.”
However, the respectful act portrayed in the video was not welcomed by some Nigerians who happen to be from the Yoruba tribe as they condemned her for kneeling for a man who is not her husband or father.
