On Saturday, March 2, Nigerian Afrobeat artist Burna Boy was presented with a certificate of honor in the city of Boston, Massachusetts, USA

This comes after Boston declared March 2 as ‘Burna Boy Day’, in recognition of the musician’s performances and advocacy works.
The announcement was disclosed in a letter signed by Ruthzee Louijeune, the Boston City Councilor.

A video capturing the joyful event circulated online, showing a female host handing over the two plaques to the ‘Last last’ crooner.
Burna was filled with excitement as he happily raised the certificate up so as to his fans and social media users alike.
