Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Damilola Afolabi professionally known as L.A.X has disclosed how his life changed for good from the moment he did a song with Nigerian singer, Wizkid.
The ‘Go Low’ crooner discussed how his life changed completely. He said he never took music seriously back then thinking there are a lot of musicians in the industry that might be an obstacle to his growth.
He added that Wizkid featured him in a song titled ‘Caro’, which he never knew Wizkid will take seriously. He said while he was asleep, his friend ran in to wake him and informed him that Wizkid has dropped the song and it was trending everywhere already. Claiming he woke up shockingly, he said he started seeing a lot of followers on his social media pages and since then, his life changed.
The singer added that he wasn’t even taking the stuff seriously because he was still in school then.
