Renoned Nigerian singer, songwriter and DMW boss, Davido will be performing at the finale ceremony of the 2022 FIFA World Cup hosted in Qatar.
According to sources, Davido will perform the Qatar World Cup song “Hayya Hayya (Happy Together)” with Trinidadian singer Cardona and Qatari singer Aisha during the closing ceremony, which is planned to take place on Sunday.
Recall that on October 31, 2022, Davido’s first son and third child, Ifeanyi Adeleke died as a result of drowning.
The 3 years old lad drowned in the private swimming pool at his father’s residence in Banana Island. House workers and domestic staffs of the singer were interrogated by the police.
Eight household workers were invited to the police station for questioning after one had initially gone to the police station to recount the drowning incident of Ifeanyi.
After thorough investigations, six were finally released by the police as they were not found culpable, with two still in detention.
